World Renowned Pizza Chef and owner of Al Taglio
Originally from Bassano Del Grappa, Enrico started his career under the famous Italian pizza chef Valerio Valle at Compagnia della Pizza, before arriving to these shores in 2010. Since then has trained with and also taught the best pizza chefs in Australia and the world.
Having spent time teaching and cooking in literally all of Sydney’s best Italian restaurants, now is the right time to open a place of his own.
2014 – 1st place in Giro Pizza d’europa (European championship)
2014 – Head flour technician and global consultant for leading Italian flour mill Molino Dalla Giovanna.
2015 11th place at the Pizza World Championship in Parma (Italy)
2016 3rd place in Giro Pizza d’Europa (European championship)
Open to both amateur and professional pizza makers or anyone keen to learn. Enrico will share with you his skills and experience on how to make the perfect pizza.
